Ayton & McKeown Ltd. offer a fabrication from free issue material service and hold system supplier approval for competence in fabricating a wide range of systems. Our investments in training and machinery enables clients to effortlessly outsource their fabrication at times of high capacity or for permanent financial / logistical reasons. Clients using the Logikal estimating software have the added benefit of exporting job files, negating the requirement of even producing assembly and cutting lists.
Drawing Service
Drawings are produced to acknowledge orders on our manufacturing software or AutoCAD 2011. For larger commercial projects, clients can transmit CAD files rather than alternative formats for production. Basic construction detail drawings can be provided dependant on contract size. CAD drawings are viewed / generated using AutoCAD 2011 LT. For manufacturing we use Smarts V6 and Orgadata Logikal software.
From us to you
Nationwide delivery can be made 7 days a week using a range of vehicles to ensure products of all shapes and sizes are safely transported. We have a specifically modified 5m drop-side Iveco vehicle for the majority of deliveries with small sprinters to 26t articulated also readily available to ensure our clients timescales are met.
Packaged as you would expect it
All products we offer are thoroughly cleaned, taped on request and wrapped to a high standard. All items are clearly labelled with customer references and moulded corners can be fitted to all of our products for extra protection.
